Thank you for your question. After looking at your pictures you have shared I would recommend a Tummy tuck with some flank liposuction. This will take care of the extra skin, tighten up your abdominal wall muscles and will eliminate some of the stretch marks. Not necessarily all of them. I would make a in person consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to be evaluated and determine if you are a proper candidate for the procedure. Best of luck to you.
From the submitted photos you have stretch marks, excess skin, and abdominal wall laxity. A standard tummy tuck will help with this. This surgery will remove the majority of the stretch marks that are below your belly button and pull those that are above that threshold lower. Meanwhile the laxity giving you the rounded abdomen will be corrected. The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy. It's recommended that you wait until you are 6 months post partum before considering surgery to allow your body time to heal and stabilize.
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards
Hello sraelv,I appreciate your pictures and questions! I would recommend an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) performed with VASER Liposuction on flanks to get rid of the excess skin, stretch marks and fat around the abdomen, while tightening your muscles and having your belly button fixed, all in one single procedure. Abdominoplasty is very popular following pregnancy because it significantly improves the appearance of saggy skin. Moreover, VASER Liposuction is clinically proven to cause 53% more skin retraction relative to standard liposuction methods. Depending on your particular situation, the price of abdominoplasty may vary from $6,000 to $12,000 in the U.S. Cost factors for abdominoplasty procedures include: your surgeon’s expertise and experience, where you have your surgery done (which country and city), the type of anesthesia or sedation that your surgeon uses, medications for your recovery, your specialized compression garments and any other material needed to help you heal properly. Many surgeons’ practices, mine included, offer payment plans or financing (through Care Credit or United Health Care, for instance) to help make abdominoplasty more affordable. Otherwise, discounts for paying the full amount up-front, in cash, are also available. Request an in-person evaluation with your plastic surgeon to determine if you are a good candidate for abdominoplasty and VASER Lipo and discuss your specific needs and aesthetic expectations. Good luck and may God bless you! Dr. De La Cruz.
Hello and thank you for yourquestion. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuckwith liposuction. This can be donethrough a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line. The belly button can be designed to looknatural and have no scars on the exterior. Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. Make sure you specifically lookat before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgeryperformed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most importantaspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seekconsultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluateyou in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Thank you for your question. Based on the photos, it does appear that you are a good candidate for an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck.) This would involve the removal of the excess skin, muscle tightening, and liposuction of the flanks. It is always best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.Take care,S. You have developed a significant degree of saggy skin on your abdomen and a very protruding belly because of very loose muscle and also certain deformity of your belly button. So you are a perfect candidate for a Tummy Tuck in order to get rid of the saggy skin, transform into a beautiful belly button and very importantly in you: performing a Tight Muscle Repair will be key to achieve a flat abdomen and smaller waist. I would do a very low incision to easily hide the incision under a bikini and I would complete the beautiful transformation with some liposuction to waist and lovehandles to enhance the body shape. So be encouraged!!! You will look astonishing!!Dr. Cardenas
Dear sraelv, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thanks for your question and the photos. A tummy tuck with liposuction will be very helpful in tightening the skin and the muscle, as well as removing many (but not all) of the stretch marks. One thing you should consider is that after surgery, you can expect anywhere from 2-6 weeks of activity restrictions. If you have small children at home, it's best to plan ahead so you can get help when you need it. Also, if you're within 1 year of having a baby, your body may still change a lot, so don't rush to surgery before your body is finished healing. When you're ready, be sure you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
Hello and thank you for your question and photos. After reviewing your photo, I would recommend a full tummy tuck combined with liposuction. A full tummy tuck corrects the aftermath of pregnancy:1. The separation of the abdominal muscles (diastasis recti) is repaired to reduce the bulge2. The loose skin is tightened3. Fat deposits can be reduced with liposuctionLiposuction alone would not correct the bulge due to the muscle separation or the loose skin and would, in all likelihood, lead to a disappointing result for you. However, if you do extensive liposuction as the sole procedure, you would benefit from a skin tightening device along with it such as J-Plasma or Imode BodyTite. A tummy tuck combine with liposuction would give the best result in terms of flattening and tightening the tummy, but has the disadvantage of scarring and a longer recovery. So if getting back to activities quickly is your preference, then look into J-Plasma or BodyTite with Vaser liposuction.I would recommend a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.Best regards,Andrew Lyos MD, FACS
