Is there any hope to changing this apple shape? SUPER thin legs. NO hips. ZERO butt. All back, boobs, and belly. (Photos)

Hi and thank you for your questions and photos.  Yes, you can improve upon your apple shape.  You will likely need 2 surgeries however to address the breasts, abdomen, back, flanks and buttocks.  A breast reduction/lift, full tummy tuck and liposuction of the abdomen flanks and back with transfer to the buttocks would address all of the above.  Further details are best discussed in person.  Good luck!

great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior.  
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat
abdomen.  A BBL can be performed at the same time for improved
buttock and waist contour.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.
 The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with.
I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

I recommend a full tummy tuck combined with a full body contouring and fat transfer to you hips and buttock (BBL). I would suggest liposuction on your back and flanks as well if you want. In another surgery i suggest a breast lift with reduction. You have choices, but definitely you must be evaluated first to accomplish what you wished. Consult with a certified plastic surgeon.
