Physical exam is essential. Based on limited photo- you appear to be a good candidate for a breast lift with or without smaller implants. In the right hands you can expect perkier, more youthful breasts. You can always just do a lift, and wait 6-12 mo and if you desire more volume - add implants. my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

You are candidate for breast lift. However, I am not sure that you will have satisfactory volume? Other concern is that your skin tone and support is very soft and loose, even with mash, it will not keep result for a long time. Adding small implant may be considered. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Dear Intellectual933707, a breast lift will reduce the extra skin and get your nipples looking forward-not down. A breast lift without an implant will not give you any volume; the breasts will be flat. I doubt you would be a B cup afterward. Best wishes.

Regarding your photo, it seems like you’ll need to breast lift with implants. Of course the excess skin should be removed. Because you haven’t got enough breast tissue I think it is the only way to achieve perky breasts is breast lift and augmentation.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
