Am I candidate for a breast lift without implants? If so, would it be worth it? (photos)

Physical exam is essential. Based on limited photo- you appear to be a good candidate for a breast lift with or without smaller implants. In the right hands you can expect perkier, more youthful breasts. You can always just do a lift, and wait 6-12 mo and if you desire more volume - add implants. my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

You are candidate for breast lift. However, I am not sure that you will have satisfactory volume? Other concern is that your skin tone and support is very soft and loose, even with mash, it will not keep result for a long time. Adding small implant may be considered. Hope this helps. Good luck.
