You are definitely a candidate for a breast lift. When you have your breast lifted, you have a variety of options. You can choose to do lift only. You could choose to add breast implants or fat transfer to your breasts for fullness. You can also choose your areola size. If you’d like to go over everything in more detail, feel free to reach out to my office for a consultation. Smith Plastic Surgery 702-838-2455
Hi Tasteful711484,Based on the photo, your breasts have descended, with too much skin for their volume. A breast lift would allow an active reshaping of the breast itself, moving into a vertically higher position, while concurrently decreasing the skin envelope and decreasing the size of the areola. A from the side picture would be helpful, but based on the single photo, meeting with a qualified board certified plastic surgeon would be an excellent next step to talk about breast lift.Hope this helps.Sincerely,Christopher Pannucci MDBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonPlastic Surgery NorthwestSpokane, WA
Hi there, yes based on your photos you are an excellent candidate for a breast lift. I reccomend an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck!
If you are generally healthy and want perkier breasts, then a breast lift may be a suitable option for you.
I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. You are a good candidate for breast lift. Actually if you want to get more attractive and perky breasts maybe you can consider to get breast augmentation with breast lift. Of course you can consider to get breast lift only, in this case you will have small breast.
Dear Tasteful711484,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
In person exam is essential. Based on limited photo- it appears that you would benefit from a breast lift to make the breasts perky and youthful. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS to discuss the details
Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for a breast lift with implants if you would like volume at the top. A breast lift would only address the droopiness and not the volume loss at the top. I recommend scheduling a consult with a board certified plastic...
The decision to undergo a third breast lift (mastopexy) or any surgical procedure depends on various factors, including your individual health status, medical history, current breast condition, and the recommendations of a qualified plastic surgeon.Multiple breast lifts can increase the...
If the asymmetry is the issue and you are ok with the size on the left, you can do just a lift with a small gland and areola reduction on the right. If the right is too small, implants are needed.
