You are definitely a candidate for a breast lift. When you have your breast lifted, you have a variety of options. You can choose to do lift only. You could choose to add breast implants or fat transfer to your breasts for fullness. You can also choose your areola size. Based on the photo, your breasts have descended, with too much skin for their volume. A breast lift would allow an active reshaping of the breast itself, moving into a vertically higher position, while concurrently decreasing the skin envelope and decreasing the size of the areola. A from the side picture would be helpful, but based on the single photo, meeting with a qualified board certified plastic surgeon would be an excellent next step to talk about breast lift.
