I think it is weard that some places there is no sign of new hairs at all. I watch with a loop so it is easy to see. Why is some few hairs still the original transplanted hairs and is still there without growing? Are they dead hairs in deep crust and not going to survive?

It is best to contact your doctor for any post operative care and instructions. In general water will wash away excess lotion. Just go back to your doctor for a follow up if you are concerned.
You cannot determine hair density on the Internet with a photo. It generally requires a microscopic exam. It is best to see a doctor for your prognosis and recommendation.
