My nose bone and frontal maxilla getting bigger?

i am 28 year old male .from last two to three years my nose bone and frontal process maxilla getting wider and thicker very rapidly and since last year it is changing over monthly basis .can nose bone and frontal bones grow in this age if it dos not then why is my nose bone growing?
