Can anything be done to correct asymmetry of nostrils? I️ have global atrophy of face and scalp. (Photos)

Everybody has a small asymmetry on the face and body, in some patients it may be more noticeable than other. In the nostrils the asymmetry can be from the position, width, or amount of tissue on each side.In your particular case, the left side is thicher than the right and also you have more alar retraction and difference on the shape of the nostrils sill. You can get a ver conservative wedge resection on the ala, to make them more alike, but they  will never be completely symmetrical. Hello,Thanks for your question. I'm not sure what you mean by "global atrophy of face and scalp"? Every one has some amount of asymmetry that worsens with aging. There are ways to adjust your nostril position, shape, and size with finesse rhinoplasty of the tip of the nose.
