Can anything be done to correct asymmetry of nostrils? I️ have global atrophy of face and scalp. (Photos)

The newest consequence of this phenomenon is the loss off cartilage and fat in my nose. My nostrils and nose are assymetrical now. Can this be fixed?

I am very aware of this and routinely use a u shape tube that I jockingly call Utube in both nostrils that allows the patient to breath after surgery until the swelling subsides.

Totally understand your desire to change only one aspect of your nose- and yes, the crooked dorsal hump and its prominence from the side would benefit from surgery. However, reducing it and fixing the asymmetry probably requires some minor septoplasty as you probably have an internal deviation....
