Can permanent filler in nose be removed during rhinoplasty?

Dermal fillers, even permanent ones, can be removed, but the process can be complex based on the type, location, quantity, and condition of the filler you have. Ayshanasser-Thanks for your question.  As more and more non-surgeons use fillers, especially in the nose, more and more patients are likely to have similar concerns.  Even when a new filler should dissolve over time.In your case, the area in question can likely be removed on its own, or via an approach used for a rhinoplasty procedure.  However, the extent to which this is necessary, the placement of scars, and the extent of what needs to be removed is difficult to address without pictures or an exam.  I would invite you to schedule an in-person consultation with a board certified rhinoplasty surgeon to see what options are best suited to your unique situation.  If you are in San Antonio, I would be happy to meet with you.Best wishes.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  This filler can likely be removed at the same time as your rhinoplasty by an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

 There are a lot of factors to consider all, so more information is needed such as where the filler was placed  and what kind of filler was used. It will be very difficult to remove it, since it's going to be completely grown into this tissues of the nose. The asymmetries and bumps can be removed during a rhinoplasty procedure. Look for an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon  for best results
