How to grow boobs?

Question

My age is 15 and my weight is 55kg. I have very small breasts and I have tried soy milk, fennel and also performed some exercises but have found no result as far. I feel less confident because of it. Other girls of my age having weight less than me having a good rounded figure. Also I have read that excess release of testosterone and low release of estrogen controls breasts growth. So have can we control testosterone production in body?

You are still young, and have years of maturation that may result in continued breast growth, so stay positive!  Individuals of both sexes develop at different rates.  If by 18 years old you haven't achieved your desired breast size, then a breast augmentation can help you reach your goals.

Unfortunately there are no creams, pills or foods that can cause breasts to grow. You can use certain bras and bra inserts to make your breasts look larger in clothing, but the only way to actually increase the size of your breasts would involve surgery in one form or another. Sorry to hear you are frustrated with your breast growth. Unfortunately, everyone develops at a different rate and perhaps you are destined to be a late bloomer. In addition, many uncontrollable factors (genetics) determine what size your breasts will be once developed. There are no quick fixes and ways to "grow boobs." I would caution you to avoid over-the-counter or advertised pills or creams as there is no evidence those things work and some can be harmful. My best advice to you is to be patient and wait. At the age of 18, you will be able to seek out a consultation for breast augmentation if you still are unhappy. Thank you for your question. However, there are no lotions, potions or pills that will increase breast size. Breast Augmentation surgery will increase your breast size. At the age of 15, it is possible that your not completely finished developing. Most Breast Augmentations are done after the age of 18, unless parental consent and Board Certified Plastic Surgeon agree to do earlier.

Unfortunately there is no way to increase breast size naturally. At 15 years old, your breast are still developing and may increase in size with time. Adolescents develop at different rates and stages. If your breast remain the same size after a few years, then the only way to increase size would be with breast augmentation surgery.
