Breast revision after recently diagnosed with hidradenitis suppurativa?

Hello I'm a 20 year old female and just had a baby while pregnant i started developing acne under my arms and groin i later found out it was Hidradenitis suppurativa. I've had a breast augmentation before in 2021 and am wondering if i would still be a candidate for a breast revision. This is something I really want to improve myself image. I have monthly flares but not around the breasts, my surgery was through the areola and has healed up perfectly. Can i do an initial consult online?

You need to make sure the Hidradenitis is completely calmed down before considering any breast revision. The axilla is next door to your breasts and excessive bacteria from a flair up could cause a breast infection.  If need, get your Hidradenitis treated first.

As long as your hydradenitis is under control (no active infection), then you are a candidate for a revision procedure
