I had a mini/donut lift last April and 200cc implants as I just wanted a fuller look and not much of a size increase. However I would say that they are now just as droopy as they were before I'd had anything done, and the right one hangs around 2 inches lower than the left. I think I should have had a full uplift instead but wasn't offered this at the time as was told a mini one was all that was needed. Is the only way to fix this to go down the same route again and pay again?

Your implants are too large and heavy for your tissue to support. You need to go down in size and have your pockets tightened. You may need an internal mesh bra for support. Unless cadaver fat is used, a fat graft may not be an option for you.
