I had breast aug done 3 months ago. Initially after surgery, my breasts were pretty symmetrical with my left slightly higher than right, I assumed due to swelling. Now, my right has a natural shape while my left is still higher and more round, i also had pain only in my left during recovery. My surgeon put me on singulair 6 weeks ago and believes its early encapsulation. Would revision be the best option at this time? Thank you. (300cc moderate plus both sides)

I would suggest seeing what the radiologist said about your implants. It appears that your colon or stomach with air is in the location of your implants on Xray. Air would not be in your implants.
