I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You are still early in your healing phase and I would suggest external ultrasound treatments along with the Accolate twice a day to see if your pocket could soften and let the implant settle down lower.

It sounds like you are seeing your surgeon to discuss your concerns and treatment for possible contracture is in process. I recommend continuing to follow your surgeon's advice and keep follow up appointments. Your surgeon will advise you if revision to address the contracture is appropriate for you.

Posted photos demonstrate either capsular fibrosis grade 3/4 or asymmetry to breasts initially or both? Need before frontal photos posted. Only revision surgery can offer improvement. Best to in person or virtual consult with....
