I had a septorhinoplasty with turbinate reduction. Everything has healed well except for this little lump on the left side of my nose. The doctor said that it might stay there but that it is not noticeable. I wanted to ask if it is noticeable or not? Or what procedures are available since I do not want another surgery that opens my nose all the way again unless it is truly necessary.

Hi @Practical8751. I'm sorry you are not happy with your results and you are experiencing breathing difficulties. I recommend a consultation to discuss a revision rhinoplasty.
Best of luck,
Dr. Nima
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your nostrils seems uneven and it might be due to uneven swelling or previous surgery. 7 months is early for making a decent consultation from the photos. It would be better with face to face consultation. Best Regards!
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your nose is still too swollen. I cannot make any decent consultation. After 1 year the consultations will be much more decent. Best Regards!
