Your photos look pretty good when you're not pushing the skin down. But if the oblique view bothers you, a small nasal rasping can be done in the office to bring it down some more. It can be done under a local so your whole nose doesn't need to be opened up again. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Even when you're not pressing on the skin of your nose, we can see a very small profile bump on your right three quarter view and write profile view. The bump at the rhinion is a common issue. Think of it as a small nasal hump. It can be shaved.
It is possible to shave down the hump a little without having to break down all the bones. However it can sometimes leave the dorsum looking a little wide. If that happens then you need osteotomies to break the bones and make the bridge look narrow again. It will not effect the tip appearance in any significant way.
