What procedures are available for lump on my nose after septorhinoplasty? (Photos)

Question

I had a septorhinoplasty with turbinate reduction. Everything has healed well except for this little lump on the left side of my nose. The doctor said that it might stay there but that it is not noticeable. I wanted to ask if it is noticeable or not? Or what procedures are available since I do not want another surgery that opens my nose all the way again unless it is truly necessary.

Your photos look pretty good when you're not pushing the skin down. But if the oblique view bothers you, a small nasal rasping can be done in the office to bring it down some more. It can be done under a local so your whole nose doesn't need to be opened up again. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Even when you're not pressing on the skin of your nose, we can see a very small profile bump on your right three quarter view and write profile view. In our experience, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for camouflaging this bump without further surgery. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

The bump at the rhinion is a common issue. Think of it as a small nasal hump. It can be shaved.
It is possible to shave down the hump a little without having to break down all the bones. However it can sometimes leave the dorsum looking a little wide. If that happens then you need osteotomies to break the bones and make the bridge look narrow again. It will not effect the tip appearance in any significant way.
