15 months post primary rhinoplasty, what's happening to my bridge?

15 months post primary rhinoplasty. Is my bridge collapsing? I have very thin skin. I feel like my doctor was way too aggressive. Every month it feels lower and more pinched. He did put in spreader grafts in but I don't think it was enough - my breathing has been getting worse. Is it possible to correct with natural results? If so how?

I think that because you have had breathing issues and are not quite 100% pleased with the results of your rhinoplasty that an in person consultation is likely necessary at some point to properly address the issues that you are struggling with.  Your photos do not demonstrate anything that is irreparable and I feel that your concerns can be remedied.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos, your nose tip is still looks bulbous and your breathing issue can be related to your previous surgery. Your surgeon might be not correct enough inside your nose. It would be better with face to face consultation. Best Regards!
