The tip of my nose after my septo-rhinoplasty is super boxy tipped now.. Will it round out or stay that way? (Photo)

Well, these aren't a complete set of photos, and there is still swelling at two months, but: it looks for all the world as though your wide tip cartilages weren't addressed effectively at all. The tip of the nose is made of these two cartilages, and when they're strong, like yours, or like the woman in the photo I posted with this answer, they make the tip look wide. The cartilages need to be addressed much better than they were, and that will take a revision. Besides the base view, you'll probably see the wide cartilages in the three-quarter view, like the before and after I posted. That's the view that really shows off the width of the tip.
How *much* to narrow the tip, or make other changes? We figure that out with morphs, well before surgery. I'd love for you to see some excellent professionally-designed morphs of what could possibly be done with your nose. Morphs could also help you identify better just what's bothering you, and help you set a goal for the rhinoplasty that's accurate for your tastes. Profile and three-quarter views would be particularly important in morphing your nose. (Side note: in my opinion, morphs should really be done by the surgeon, or he should direct an assistant as she makes the morphs. Morphs should be made with a constant eye to what actually *can* be done in surgery, for that particular nose, and the surgeon has that information and judgment best.)

Finally, remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. With you only being a few months out, I highly doubt any surgeon is ready to touch your nose again but I would discuss with your surgeon. This doesn't look right to me. It is possible you have scar tissue formation or something else is going on (hard to know without feeling it and looking at the op note) - but see what your doctor says.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you nose tip is looking really boxy with revision rhinoplasty surgery your surgeon can make your nose tip much rounder than now. S/he is going to use rib cartilage for that probably. Best Regards!
