Has there been any recorded blindness or eye damage due to Ultherapy?

I recently had Ultherapy done and limited it to cheeks and neck. I wanted to do the entire face, but was worried since I am completely blind in 1 eye. I cannot risk injuring the only eye I have.

A combination approach would give the most improvement with Ultherapy for neck skin tightening. I recommend Ultherapy with radiofrequency treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, and/or Sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improved skin tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation...

I have owned an Ulthera system since its FDA clearance and performed numerous Ultherapy treatments. I have never seen the treatment cause such burns. At the most on very thin skin individuals we see raised red lines that resolve in less than 24 hours. You should have been treated for these...
