Can my nostril size that changed and nose that widened after lip lift be fixed? (Photos)

Question

I had rhinoplasty a few years ago & LOVED it. My nostrils didn’t show much, my nose didn’t change shape when I smiled & the tip looked small. I had a lip lift 6 months after the rhinoplasty & noticed a very small change in my nostril size. I then had a 2nd lip lift 1 year after the 1st lip lift. Now my nose is wider, more nostril shows, the center (columna?) hangs lower, my nose widens quite a bit when I smile & I have a deep scar beside one nostril. Can these be fixed?

To be honest, I would not recommend any further procedures. Your photos show different lighting and different levels of zoom and so it is difficult to properly compare the before and afters. That being said, your current nose overall looks good. You may want to look into laser resurfacing for the scars, but I would not do any more cutting. Hope that helps.

It's difficult to tell with the photos alone, but it seems like the issues you are having are from your rhinoplasty and not the lip lift. Your tip looks nice and petite, but you may not have enough support. Even though it looks good initially, the tip can gradually droop and shift if it does not have any support. It takes at least a year or more to see the final result from a rhinoplasty, so before that time it was likely that your nose was still stiff enough from swelling to prevent nostril movement. 
Again, it's difficult to say without an in-person consultation, but that's the best I can tell from your photos.
