Hello, I want to have Lipo 360 with BBL I had a minor heart attack in 2014 I do have a stent it was stress related, however because of the area where I had my heart attack after a year my Cardiologist remove me from all of my medications I still take the baby aspirin just in case is it safe and ok for me to have surgery I want it so badly I don’t look bad after birthing 10 children’s I just want my body contoured and my shape back PLEASE HELP

You should have a checkup with your cardiologist. They will likely recommend a stress test and or an echocardiogram. If everything checks out and your cardiologist gives you a thumbs up, you will be able to have your liposuction and BBL safely.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You will need to get a clearance from your doctor prior to surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

The safe approach would be to be completely open with your plastic surgeon in regards to your past medical history. You will need a cardiac clearance from your cardiologist and, likely, anesthesia clearance from the hospital where you get your surgery. They might require a few test, such as a cardiac stress test, ECG, etc. Hope this helps!

It’s easy to say a heart attack was minor or if you don’t have symptoms.  The next one could have the symptom of leaving your 6 feet under.

If you cardiology clearance you and your plastic surgeon is willing to do the procedure and you’re willing to take the increased risk whatever that may be then you can have a cosmetic surgery.

Simply based on the history of having had 10 children I don’t think a BBL is the right procedure for you.

Most likely a full tummy tuck is a good place to start but without pictures we can’t make an assessment.
Decisions about heart disease and the implication for surgery our best answered by your cardiologist not plastic surgeon.

There are a lot of variables that go into the decision making. I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with local board plastic surgeons in your area.

At that time you can talk about what you’re trying to achieve and the surgeon can give you a treatment options and also discuss your past medical history.

There are probably more people with less healthy hearts than you having cosmetic surgery or simply don’t know what.

Posting on real self is a start but to get! You can actually make real decisions on you need to talk to your doctors.
