I'm 29, 5'8 and 200lbs. I've gained about 70lbs over the last couple years from depression and drinking. I gave birth about 8 years ago but easily lost the baby weight while breastfeeding. I was really happy with my curvier body at ~170lbs, now my fat is distributed poorly and I've been thinking about a BBL. My major areas of concern are my neck/chin, stomach, back, and arms. Any advice or thoughts would be very welcome, thanks!

Answer: Getting a BBL, depression and alcohol consumption Your pictures are in sufficient to make a good assessment. In order for us to make a good assessment we need standard pictures with patient standing in a neutral position showing their full body from the neck to their knees from the front, side and back for you. Pictures should be taken by someone else or using the timer on your camera from about 8 feet away. From the pictures you did pose it looks to me like the only thing keeping you from looking great his weight loss. Weight loss is free, healthy, requires no recovery time. If your alcohol consumption is enough that it’s causing you to gain weight then I would encourage you to stop drinking alcohol for both yours and your child’s sake. You may very well be a candidate for both liposuction and fat transfer but based on your pictures weight loss alone should do the trick. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Answer: Tummy tuck candidate Hello, Thank you for sharing the information, it is a pleasure for me to answer your question. It is difficult to evaluate the options without seeing photos, Yes, you can combine the procedures perfectly, to make mommy makeover, if your state of health allows it, Definitely the most appropriate is to start (tummy tuck, liposuction and BBL can also be included), you are a candidate perfect, for the procedure, with this you can eliminate all localized fat and flaccidity, you will get the best results and have a defined appearance according to your body. everything depends on your BMI, if it is within the normal range, above 35 it can generate risks. It is advisable to consult with a certified plastic surgeon, for a good evaluation, to provide you with all the information you need to know about the appropriate recommendations, so that you can achieve the desired goals in your body. I hope this answer will help you My best wishes for you...
