When I don’t smile I look like I’m about to cry, my lips a full but I feel they off balance with my face. Could lip injections help give me a less depressed, balance out look?

You should start out with 1cc of juvederm filler or restylane filler and go from there. You do not want to overdo too much filler in the lips. It also depends on the look you are going for too. You can always add more filler to the lips if needed. Just remember if you are going to do your lips and you do not want to bruise you should not take any aspirins or anything that will thin the blood since brusing can occur. One syringe is typically $550

Yes, lip fillers (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve balance. You'll want to see someone meticulous. Nova threads can be used to improve lift and shape. Thank you for your question. Yes, hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane for lip augmentation can help improve balance. I do not advise having more than 1 syringe injected at a time as to avoid overcorrecting. You can always add more filler if needed. Also, if you are not happy with your results the filler can be dissolved with and an enzyme known as hyaluronidase.
