The longest lasting filler is Silikon 1000, but I don't recommend it. It's a permanent filler and if it lumps it will stay for a while. I personally recommend Juvederm. The results are great and it can be reversed if necessary.

There are many different fillers that can be used for the lips. Juvederm ultra, vollure or vobella work well as to the restylane products. Most fillers in the lips will last up to a year. Your provider should be able to pick the filler that is best for you.
The hyaluronic acid fillers from the Restylane line are great for the lips, including Restylane Defyne and Refyne. The Juvederm line also has great fillers like Ultra, Ultra plus and Vollure. I also recommend Versa for the lips. The results are just fabulous. There are many choices now and it all depends on the look and volume you desire and they all last about a year. If your main concern is longevity than I would consider a lip lift with augmentation procedure. But, now you are talking about surgery rather than fillers. Best from Boston, Dr. Onir
