Answer: Juvederm best option The longest lasting filler is Silikon 1000, but I don't recommend it. It's a permanent filler and if it lumps it will stay for a while. I personally recommend Juvederm. The results are great and it can be reversed if necessary.

Answer: Long lasting filler for lips Thank you for your question and for attaching a photo. You appear to have great lip volume already. This being said, if you are interested in adding more volume Vollure or Restylane Refyne are excellent long lasting choices. An experienced injector will know which is best for you. Best of luck.

There are many choices now and it all depends on the look and volume you desire and they all last about a year.
