Getting the perfect "pillow-y" pout is something I'm OBSESSED with trying to achieve. I've seen the internet go wild with this new technique being used called the "keyhole" technique where a thin divider (usually a thread held together on one end in the patient's mouth) splits the bottom lip into two sections while the injector places the filler. The result is gorgeous, but is anyone actually doing this? I'd love to have it done myself if it doesn't involve huge anatomical injury risks.
