Do lip fillers look and feel real?

Lip augmentations with fillers is a great option to improve the fullness, suppleness and symmetry of the lips. Results can be very natural-looking and will feel very natural. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising. Look for a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an expert in fillers.

Hi there and thanks for your question.  Lip injections are a great way to enhance your own lips.  Most patients want a natural look, which can be achieved by an experienced injector.  There are many injection techniques and types of fillers that can be used to achieve your desired result.  Fillers should feel natural in the lip, however there is the possibility of acquiring lumps/bumps from a buildup of the product.  The HA products are very malleable and can be smoothed out.  I recommend finding an experienced lip injector for the best possible results. Hello and thank you for your question.  First of all the most important factor in lip augmentation is not what is injected but rather the knowledge and experience of the injector. Personally, I like Juvederm Ultra XC in the lips. When injected appropriately (not "ducking") your boyfriend would be hard pressed to know by kissing you. Investigate and ask questions.
