Hi, Mia2016.XL implants can be placed as long as your body (chest) can accommodate for the implant size.  Implant size is limited by your anatomy (chest width/height, skin tightness, implant pocket).Please remember that as implant size increases, it can also increase the future complications.Please consult a board-certified plastic surgeon to get his/her recommendation.  Based on your goal/body, your plastic surgeon will recommend implant size/profile.Best regards.

I suspect there are numerous surgeons that do. If not, I perform many here in Miami that size and much larger. Regardless of where, see a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in large implants.

Although I cannot provide you with specific names, I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.
Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.You may find the attached link helpful as you learn more.  Most plastic surgeons can do those sizes. If you are talking about over that amount then the number decreaes. It really depends on what size you want to go to.I have specialized in XL breast implants for many years. Yes, you should be able to go bigger with an open capsultomy and if not enougfh room then placement of a tissue expander and then switching to a custom silicone breast implant. You need to contact a plastic surgeon as far as costs are concened.
