Hello im having surgery at the end of this month and im not really sure about the size im choosing. Im 5'7 , 135-140 lbr and 36A i have no boobs . Is 375cc silicone too big or too small for me . ? I would like to be a C . Help please
Answer: Is implant size too big or too small. Based on the information you have given, a 375cc I'm plant certainly is not unreasonable . However there are a number of factors to consider , such as the looseness of your skin( if you have been pregnant, your breast will more readily accommodate a larger implant). Discuss your desired size, and your concerns and rely on his judgement.

Answer: Implant Size for 36A Desiring C Cup Size Based on your height and weight, and considering your description of being "flat chested", it seems to me that the 375 cc size implants you mention will not be too big for your frame, and may indeed give you a C cup size. However, the degree of looseness of your breast skin is a factor. If the your skin is quite tight than the larger implants might be more uncomfortable and also create thinning and stretching of your breast skin over time. In addition to the size, you should also consider the "profile" or projection and width of the implants. For the same size, higher profile implants are more narrow and project more, while lower profile implants are wider, but project less. Generally speaking, by keeping the implant width within or close to your present breast width, the new breast will look more natural. But it all depends on what your goal is and what will make you happy.

Answer: Is 375 too big or too small for a 36A ? Flat chested Hi... thank you for the question ... this will depends on your chest measures... In my practice, i use samples with the patient to see what is better for them... Talk with your PS for him to guide you.

Answer: Breasts implants size Dear Ali, Front and side view pictures would have been very helpful. Be it as it may, if you are totally flat chested, meaning, that you will need to increase your breasts by 3 cup sizes, in order to become 36 C cup, you will need implants with a volume of 525 cc. If you have some breasts tissue, the volume should be around 475 cc . The implants size that you asked about - 375 cc, will increase your breasts size to a B cup only. For a 5'7 lady, that might be on the small side unless you are a runner, in which case this is the ideal size. Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety.
