getting a BL and BA in 3wks. would like a D cup. I breastfed 2 babies and lost a lot weight so I went from a full C cup down to a 34A. Im 5'5 and my weight fluctuates from 130-135 I measured myself and from my collarbone to my nipple it's 21cm and from nipple to nipple it's 19 cm, I believe my chest wall is 28cm. not sure if there's a big difference from 450 to 475,not sure what would look best on my body if the mod plus or the hp.also I'm scared of the possibilities of them bottoming out.

1 cup size change.300 cc implants would
take you to size D.450 to 475 cc
implants are much too large and you will bottom out.More important than implants is a
simultaneous lift.I recommend a new
technique called The Horndeski Method&trade;.The breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated
higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.Aligning the areola, breast tissue and
implant over the bony prominence of the chest wall maximizes anterior

I don't think you will even notice the difference in those sizes. To prove it to yourself have a friend do the rice trick with the two different sizes and put them in a camisole (without telling you which is which) and see ifyou can tell the difference. I tend to recommend high profile but it may depend on your breast diameter as well as the nipple to fold distance. Your areolae are relatively large and you should be prepared for them to be even larger after the augmentation unless you get a mastopexy.Best wishes for a great outcome.

Thank you for your question and your photos. Based on the information you provided you should get a nice result with either 450-475cc moderate plus profile and a breast lift. However if your base diameter for the breast is smaller than the moderate plus implant base width,  your surgeon might have to use a higher profile implant to get the same volume per your request and desire.It is best to have a thorough discussion about this matter with your board-certified plastic surgeon prior to surgery. Difference between and 475 cc is minimal - you'll barely notice a difference.  A more important decision moderate vs high profile as it affects the look of your breasts.  Also, you need a breast lift as implants alone will not achieve your desired look

However, to determine what would be best for you in terms of size and profile, ask your surgeon if you can "try on" the implants.  High profile implants will give you a more "augmented" look, whereas moderate plus would look more natural. choosing of implants is a very crucial and is one that should be done through
an in-person exam.  Various aspects could affect the choice of implants
like breast tissue, body measurements, desired end result and the like.
 Bra sizes also differ from one manufacturer to another so a carefully
selected implant can be able to get you very close to that size. Also, a 25 cc difference is not that noticeable after surgery. It is
always best to visit a board-certified plastic surgeon and have a full

If you are going for that look, then certainly use a HP implant.  For a 34 inch chest, most women would measure about 12.5cm for a "base width" of their breast.  So use a HP implant that is no more than 12.5cm across.  That would be around 400-450cc depending on the manufacturer.  Going over that would increase the risk of rippling, migration of the implant to your armpit and possibly bottoming out.  Maybe go a little smaller to avoid problems in the future.

With the help of photos and trial bras your surgeon should know what implant is best to reach your goal. The look is what you need to focus on. Bottoming out is an infrequent problem and if the implant fits wel within your breast you shouln not let this worry you.
