I recently received SRM 345L 375R and started at a AA Cup. I requested a full C look. And wanted a noticeable change. 4 days post op and an A. I look pre-op with cutlets.they look ok-ish swollen, of course I've read that this is the largest they will look. I feel I wasted so much money to get nothing from it. I feel like crying. I am considering canceling my post op. I don't think I can walk in there without crying. Is there anyway I'll make a C cup? Or am I forever doomed to the dreaded A cup?
Answer: Post op results There is no need to cry. You are still in the infancy of your recovery. You can expect your breasts to change daily over the next 3-6 months as they fully heal and drop/settle. Based on your photos, your results look excellent. Try not to focus on a cup size as it is not a true indicator of breast volume, but more on your new look. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Answer: The size after surgery Sorry you are feeling upset with your result so far. You still do have swelling, and the final result cannot be judged until the implants settle. However, as others have said, you will be larger than your original size. If after everything heals, you are unhappy with the look and size, you can always upsize. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your concerns. Healing is a process and does take time and patience. All the best

Answer: Post op size Sorry that you are feeling anxious. As others have said, it is far too early to make any final assessments on your result and size. Based on your photos, I think that you have an excellent early result, and you will most certainly be larger than an A. Your implants look appropriate for your chest size. Your appearance will definitely change as you heal and the implants "drop". Many of my patients feel that they appear rounder and larger as they heal. I encourage you to keep your post op and discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Best Regards.

Answer: Not big enough I think all is not lost. You are very, very early in the healing process and it looks like you have a very nice early result from your surgery. While your breasts will not change much in size over the next several months, I think they may change a bit in shape giving you an even nicer result. If after all the healing is done and you are still not happy with the size, you should talk to your PS about possibly doing a size change. Based on the photos, it looks like you could accommodate larger implants down the road. I would definitely follow up with your PS as he/she is the best person to get you through the early postop period. I really think you will be happy after everything settled down. Best of luck!

Answer: SRM 345/375cc AA cup to A? Will my implants look larger over time? Feeling so small! I'm sorry to hear about the anxiety you are experiencing after breast surgery. Given that you are very “fresh” out of surgery, it is quite likely that you are experiencing significant “emotional ups and downs” unnecessarily. In other words, it is much too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed; your breasts will undoubtedly change over the course of the next several weeks/months. Many of my patients report that as the swelling around the breast implants (for example, in the sternal area) decreases, they feel that their breasts appear more projecting. Also, in my opinion, the "drop and fluff” phenomenon does hold some validity; as breast implants “settle”, many patients feel that their breasts actually look larger. Although online consultants cannot predict whether or not you will be pleased with the long-term outlook, of the procedure performed, it is safe to predict that the breasts will change. Do your best to stay emotionally even keeled. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with longer-term.
