’ 8mpo has been smooth until last week! I have pain in my left breast and it is redIwent to see my PS last week and she put me on antibiotics (JIC, she doesn’t think it’s an infection bc it’s not hot, I don’t feel I’ll etc) **she said I likely popped an internal stitch and sometimes it will take a while to heal** I’m on day 5 on antibiotics. And I do have a lot less pain, but if I’m super active during the day, my breast gets sore/swollen/red in PM. Wondering how long this will last.

Yes, because it your truly are a DDD, then you should be able to have 500 grams easily removed from each breast and should be covered. Go meet with someone else.
A picture of such fold would be helpful. However, many women, especially overweight, have excess fat and skin on the sides of the breast that are not specifically addressed with a reduction.
Yes, you may have more swelling because hormones do change over time. Your healing time takes a year, so you are still fairly early in the process. Also, are you certain you are not pregnant?
