I had upper and lower eyelid surgery which left my eyes round and hollowed. When I pull up and back around my cheek area it seems to somewhat resolve the issue. I am unable to mimic it completely, but it seems like this could fix my concern. Could this work without the need for fat grafting? Would I also need a temporal brow lift? Could my orbicularis oculi/under eye muscle be tightened without going through the eyelid again?
