Can a midface lift address rounded hollowed eyes? (Photos)

Question

I had upper and lower eyelid surgery which left my eyes round and hollowed. When I pull up and back around my cheek area it seems to somewhat resolve the issue. I am unable to mimic it completely, but it seems like this could fix my concern. Could this work without the need for fat grafting? Would I also need a temporal brow lift? Could my orbicularis oculi/under eye muscle be tightened without going through the eyelid again?

A deep plane approach to the midface will lift the cheek and I have had patients experience improvement in dry eye symptoms from improvements in lower eyelid position from a midface lift( deep plane midface mini or lower facelift.  However the change in appearance is subtle and without other changes of aging in the midface I would not recommend it.  Lower eyelid shape can be changed with a combination of midface lift and canthoplasty but changing eyelid shape in a natural appearing way is difficult

You have a good result. Things like a midface or temporal lift are unlikely to give you any further improvement. I would also stay away from fat injection. Also a mistake

Hello; You do not need to have eyelid surgery again. With the temporal lift, both the midface area, the lateral canthus and the lateral eyebrow can be pulled upwards.
