The proper selection of implants is best done in person after an evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon. You will be able to achieve your goals. I hope this helps.

Depending on the implant selected you may be able to consider augmentation alone. However if the implant is too small, you may want a conservative lift to give you the best result.
