Answer: Can I be denied a 360 BBL if I have fat on my tummy area? (photos) In most cases, liposuction and BBL can performed even if tummy tuck is indicated if pregnancy in the future is planned. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. In my practice I look for a BMI approximating 30 to lessen the risks of complications during and after surgery and to enhance the results of the procedures. It is best to be within 10 pounds of your weight goal for three months prior to the BBL.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Gorgeous762828, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
