Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based only on these photos, I believe you are a great candidate for 360 Lipo with BBL. I don’t think that you will be denied.

The issues on your abdomen are mainly: saggy skin above and below abdomen and very loose muscle, some visceral fat and not a lot of subcutaneous fat.
Liposuction will only reduce the thickness of the subcutaneous fat but it will not fix the saggy skin and either the loose muscle. So you will end up with a deflated lumpy abdomen and still protruding because the main issues will remain.
You are a perfect candidate for a Tummy Tuck and muscle repair to achieve a beautiful flat abdomen, smaller and tapered waist line and tight skin, use a Very low incision easy to cover with a bikini. Saggy skin will need a girdle to look good.

In most cases, liposuction and BBL can performed even if tummy tuck is indicated if pregnancy in the future is planned. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. In my practice I look for a BMI approximating 30 to lessen the risks of complications during and after surgery and to enhance the results of the procedures. It is best to be within 10 pounds of your weight goal for three months prior to the BBL.

Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. It is hard to appreciate the nature of the abdomen from the limited photo views. You also did not provide any possible pregnancy history which may suggest skin laxity. You need to consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon who can then evaluate the abdomen to see if liposuction is enough or if a Tummy tuck is necessary. Good luck!
