I’m 26 years old and my hooded eyes have become droopy overtime. I’m wondering if upper eyelid surgery would be best or if I should try Morpheus8 first?
Answer: Droopy eyes You may want to try Botox. This can provide a conservative brow lift to give the eyes a more refreshed appearance. The treatment is done in the office with final results seen after two weeks. The results typically last three to four months. See an expert injector near you to learn more.

Answer: Maintaining youthful eyes It appears that your brows are the focus of the picture. The upper eyelid is only partially captured in the photo. For that reason, it seems that your brows are likely what is bothering you. Botulinum toxin is the first step to improve brow position. If you have already had botulinum toxin in your forehead, this can cause the brow position to drop some. If botulinum toxin is placed in the crow's feet area and between the eyebrows, it can help lift the brow. If your brow position is not resolved by botulinum toxin, then you may potentially consider a temporal brow lift. Since photos are limited in providing evaluation, I cannot confidently say whether this would be a good option. An in-person evaluation would allow a surgeon to fully evaluate what bothers you and what options can be used to address that. An upper blepharoplasty will not help the brow position. Upper blepharoplasty is to remove skin that is below the crease of the eye (ie sagging onto the eyelashes). Radiofrequency microneedling (such as Profound RF or Morpheus8) of the forehead may make a minor improvement in the brow position, but the treatment works best for the cheek and the area under the eye.
