1 year post op - Tip does not drop and looks too high, will this resolve as healing progresses? (photos)

It's not clear what you started with, but you certainly have a cute nose! If you are concerned by too much nostrils show on front view, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for lowering your nostrils. Additionally, we could consider adding a bit of volume to the bridge of your nose for less of a curve. I don't believe that your nose lip angle will change significantly. Of course, I haven't had the chance to *feel* your nose, but to get a nose this high, and keep it this high for one year, the cartilages probably were sewn in their new position, and I would doubt that the tip will drop. Your surgeon should know the answer to this, though.

Lowering the tip of the nose on revision is not easy, but it can be done, and it doesn't need to be lowered hugely in order to look good. I think one year after surgery is long enough to wait, and you should be able to have this conversation with your surgeon.

At one year, your results are final and are not going to change by waiting any further.
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
I have a feeling your rhinoplasty was done a bit aggressively and too much tissue was removed.
On what you’re trying to achieve revision surgery is going to be complex and difficult.
If you’re interested in having a revision procedure, then I suggest you look for the most experienced and talented rhinoplasty surgeon in your community.
Do this by having multiple in person consultations.
Look for plastic surgeons who’ve been in practiced for at least two decades and focus exclusively rhinoplasty surgery or rhinoplasty surgery represents a large part of their practice.
Recognize revision surgery is many times more difficult than complex than primary procedures.
This is especially true when the needs to be rebuilt with structural cartilage.
