Should I get thigh lift or BodyTite? (Photos)

Question

Looking at getting my thighs done, goal is to attain some thigh gap and reduce chafing. Considering thigh lift with a little lipo to the hips/saddle bags vs bodytite.

Body Tite does not work for what you are looking for. BodyTite is radiofrequency "skin tightening" that essentially transfer energy to the skin and subcutaneous tissues with the end goal of "tissue and skin tightening"l. You need to see a board eligible or board certified surgeon for a full evaluation and exam who can provide some accurate and safe recommendations based on your anatomy and goals.

Thank you for your question about whether you should get thigh liposuction and a thigh lift or BodyTite. Based on your pictures and history, I strongly suggest a thigh lift and reduction combined with thigh liposuction. This procedure takes about 4 hours under general anesthesia with about 2-3 weeks of recovery. This will give you your best results. BodyTite simply won't remove a significant amount of fat. It may tighten the skin a little bit. But it will not improve the overall volume of your thighs. Therefore, my vote is thigh lift combined with liposuction. Thank you for your question.

An in person examination is always best, but based on your photos and goals you appear to be a good candidate for a thigh lift with liposuction.  You may be a candidate for liposuction with J-Plasma but it will be based on your skin laxity.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation to learn more.
