Will revision thigh lift make me look better? (Photos)

Question

i had a thigh lift at the end of 2020, and wasnt happen from the time i woke. i also had an arm lift and recently had that revised in the USA. I would like tight skin/calf lipo and perhaps fat transfer to my dipply bum. do i have unrealistic expectations?

Hello, and thank you for your question regarding whether a thigh lift revision will make you look better.  Thank you for your history and your pictures.  It is difficult to tell if a thigh plasty or thigh lift will improve your current situation.  There are six different types of thigh reductions.  It is impossible to tell what kind of thigh plasty you had or what kind of thigh plasty you may need for revision.  Therefore, better pictures or a physical examination are in order.  Usually, however, thigh plasty procedures can be revised.  During a thigh plasty revision, the previous thigh lift scar is usually revised.  During the thigh plasty, it is possible to do more liposuction and transfer the fat to your buttocks. I would be happy to consult with you to see if you are a good candidate. 
Additionally, the calf liposuction can also be performed.  Therefore, it is best to consult a plastic surgeon to see if a thigh lift revision can be performed.  Alternatively, send pictures to your plastic surgeon and arrange a virtual consult.   I hope I have answered your questions about whether a thigh lift revision will improve your appearance.    If you have any questions regarding the thigh lift, thigh reduction, vertical thigh lift, medial thigh lift, spiral thigh lift, crescent thigh lift, or thigh lipo, please get in touch with a thigh lift expert.  Please seek an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon with significant experience performing thigh lifts.  Do your research.  Make sure your chosen plastic surgeon has performed at least 150 thigh lifts.  Make sure they have the before and after pictures to prove it.  Thigh lifts are difficult; thigh lift revisions are even more difficult than the initial or primary thigh lift.  Since thigh lift revision surgery is difficult, choose an experienced plastic surgeon. Please carefully look over their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf.   Consider traveling if you cannot find a thigh lift or reduction specialist.
