Thank you for your question regarding how much fat can be taken safely from the thighs and how much fat is needed for a decent BBL. These questions are entirely dependent on individual patients. There is no specific number. For some patients who don't have much thigh fat, 100 ccs may be the maximum that can be taken from the thighs. Whereas in other patients, 2-3 liters of fat can be taken from each thigh. Therefore you can see a wide variation of how much fat can be taken from the thighs. In addition, removing fat can cause skin tissue laxity. Therefore, a thigh lift is often included. You mentioned a thigh lift be combined with your BBL.During an extended thigh lift, fat is usually suctioned from only the area that is to be resected. That means suctioning from other areas that are not resected could jeopardize the blood supply to the incision. In addition, you asked how much fat is needed for a decent BBL. That depends entirely on how large your buttock is, to begin with, and what you consider "a decent bbl." The result of a bbl is multifactorial. It depends on the amount of fat that can be harvested, the amount of fat that survives, the amount of fat that is originally in the buttock, and the amount that your skin will stretch to allow the acceptance of your newly transferred fat. These variables cannot be answered without a thorough physical examination or pictures. We can remove fat from the thighs safely specially inner thighs and outer thighs. Those areas are frequent places of fat deposit. I aspirate those areas if skin is not loose. I do lipo from deeper and intermediate layers, never superficial layers in order to avoid irregularities and skin damage, therefore I give a smooth surface and regular 360° thighs. If patient have loose skin and fat deposits I can do lipo first and then thigh lift. If patient just have loose skin problem without fat I just do thigh lift.
Thank you for your question. While liposuction does a great job at removing excess fat from the body, you will be left with excess lax skin. Based on your photos, I recommend a thigh lift. This procedure will remove the lax skin and tissue from the thighs leaving you with a better overall...
