You’ve already had thigh liposuction, and your skin has contracted, but you still have excess skin. Further thigh liposuction will make your thighs worse, not better. Since you have excess thigh skin, you need skin removal. I would suggest an incision from the groin to the knee to remove excess skin. Anything short of a thigh lift will give optimal results and lead to more skin wrinkling because of the elimination of underlying fat. The thigh lift takes approximately 3-4 hours under general anesthesia. Plan on a 2-3 week recovery. Please seek a board-certified plastic surgeon.
