Gummy bear implant surgery 3 years ago. Left breast is moving around.

I’ve been reading about CC and I don’t think that is the problem. They’re not hard or disfigured. Weird sensation when I bend over (in dishwasher) Like my breast moves. Can’t call doctor until tomorrow. Should I not wear a bra so the breast sits properly? It’s a really strange feeling when I move my breast around. Feels like air bubbles inside. I’m not scared of leaking because they are gummy bears, but some sort of air bubble feeling when I move my breast around.
