Thank you for your question.  At your height and weight, your body mass index is over 30.  This is a risk factor for postoperative complications such as wound healing problems and blood clots.  Further, given your height and weight, you are unlikely to get the kind of results that you desire,  You would benefit from weight loss to get your BMI under 30, then consider the body contouring procedures that would enhance your figure best.
