I'm 20 days post op from a BBL. I'm 5'2 115 lbs. I Fell on my butt today! It didn't hurt but I'm very worried.

If you did not get any bruising or bumo on the buttock are where you fell on, most probably you will not have any damage on the buttocks. If you get a big bump, very noticeable discoloration or bruising , that may be a sign of a hematoma, and then you may lose some fat in that area. You should contact your surgeon for a better opinion.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about it now and hopefully there will be no damage to the work that was done. The best thing to do is go in and see your plastic surgeon so he/she can monitor your results. It's always best to keep your surgeon informed. Best of luck!
