Can the dents on the sides of my buttocks be filled in or pushed out?

Your hips can definitely improve with BBL. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

Normally dents or indentations on the sides of the buttocks would be treated by fat injections...provided one has enough fat to harvest and use. So it is confusing to hear that you have been told that they ultimately could not be fixed. You would have to submit pictures to get a more qualified opinion.
