Tummy Tuck 67, Diabetes, and Glaucoma?

Merdena
I'm 67 and weigh about 135. I lost from 165 in 2021 when I found out I had diabetes. I don't need to lose any more weight but my stomach is horrendous, saggy, and I look like a pregnant senior citizen. I also have glaucoma. Can someone tell me if steroids would be necessary if I had a tummy tuck and there were complications? My eye doctor has told me never to use any type of steroids because of my glaucoma, so if steroids are typically used, I would never have the surgery.
