Are gel implants safe with a past history of morphea (guttate) (linea) (morphoea) lichen sclerosus?

I have genital lichen schlerosus diagnosed a few years ago which is controlled by a potent steroid cream. I got a terrible sunburn on my shoulders with blisters that left white spots. After a biopsy my dermatologist concluded it was morphea(guttate)(linea)(morphoea)/lichen sclerosus. This also went away completely after use of the steroid cream with no scars. Would it be safe for me to get silicone gel implants with my past skin flare ups?
