12-year-old saline implants: I have pain in one breast -- is it possible that I pulled a muscle if my implants are under muscle?

Dear Cade2006,I'm very saddened to hear you are having a difficult time and pain with your breast implants. I think it would be wise to have a follow up appointment with your initial plastic surgeon to address the problems you are having. 
If that is not an option, I would consult with a plastic surgeon that will take time to listen to your concerns and examine you.  You could be experiencing capsular contracture and may need a revision. 
I would also recommend follow up with your primary care physician to make sure everything else is ok. Have you had a recent mammogram?Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS

You need to be evaluated,  There can be many things that cause these symptoms.  Call your own plastic surgeon.

If you have pain at this point of time, then you are best to be seen in person with so many possibilities as the cause.
