1 month post-op: my stitches look like they are too tight, it's created a hard dent, will this go away? (Photos)

I had a breast revision I'm almost 4 weeks out but where my stitches are on my right breast I have such a hard indentation am wondering if that will soften up and go away once they settle of if this is something I might need to get fixed or if there is nothing I can do?
