I had a breast revision I'm almost 4 weeks out but where my stitches are on my right breast I have such a hard indentation am wondering if that will soften up and go away once they settle of if this is something I might need to get fixed or if there is nothing I can do?

I agree with what my colleagues suggested below for surgical approaches. These tend to be larger procedures with discomfort from stitches placed near the ribs.
