I had a breast revision I'm almost 4 weeks out but where my stitches are on my right breast I have such a hard indentation am wondering if that will soften up and go away once they settle of if this is something I might need to get fixed or if there is nothing I can do?

Answer: Indention in breast Thank you for your question and photographs. From your photograph, I can see your area of concern. Without knowing a little bit more about what was done and what you might have looked like preoperatively, it would be difficult to assess what's going on. If there is truly not a paucity of breast tissue under that portion of the incision, then with time, and gravity, this should move outward. Should this not take place over the next few months, some release of the scar tissue and/or fat grafting may be necessary. I would recommend you follow-up with your chosen plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
