Would an endoscopic brow lift or a regular brow lift be better for me? (Photo)

Hi, hope you are well. Unfortunately, you won't get a fully informed answer to your question because your hairline is not visible in these photos. (There is no 'regular' brow lift--that is a relative term; you could be referring to a coronal brow lift or something else). Nevertheless, the hairline needs to be taken into account when deciding between different brow lifting options. All other things being equal, an endoscopic browlift is probably your best choice because you need elevation of the medial brow and can avoid a long scar near or behind your hairline with that approach. To get a fully informed and personalized perspective, ask you surgeons why they recommended a certain approach--presumably they chose each option for good reasons, and not because it is the only one they can offer.

Considering mild brow asymmetry and ptosis, endoscopic brow lift with Endotine fixation would be my preference. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately your photographs are limited. If you have a very high receding hairline then a browlift at the hair-skin junction will lower you hairline and make you look younger. I usually prefer to do an endoscopic browlift.

if you are a woman then eyebrow lift is an option. It's not clear and obvious from your photo. If you're a man then your bra position is normal.

Both brow lift techniques are valid. In fact, there are more than 20 or even 30 browlift options, which suggests that each has their own advantages and disadvantages. I have a video on browlift surgery on my YouTube channel Adam goodwin surgery, if you'd like to learn more about it.
