34, how can I correct facial asymmetry that is getting worse? (Photo)

AcneScars
As I’ve aged (I’m now 34) I’ve notice the asymmetry in my face getting worse. As you can see in the photo, the right side of my face looks significantly older. My right eyebrow and lower eyelid droop downwards, and my right smile muscle are lazy which causes my smile to look lopsided and more wrinkles/sagging around my smile line. What can I do to correct this? Am I right that I would need a brow lift, blepharoplasty and a mini facelift on that side? Or are there less invasive options?
