My eyebrows are asymmetrical at rest and gets worsened during movement (eg smiling, raising eyebrows, etc). Would anyone be offering treatments for this please? Would I be a candidate for a brow lift?

Like all of us you may have mild, barely noticeable facial asymmetry. At this point, based on this photo, I do not think that you need to do anything else but regular skin maintenance. Hope this helps.
