It seems that quite a few craniofacial doctors are performing forehead and brow bone implants, while others avoid it for safety reasons. I would like to get your professional unbiased opinion, on whether this procedure should best be avoided. Can some of the risks be avoided using ceramic materials like Hydroxyapatite? Is this a procedure that will age poorly, and potentially require a revision 30 years later?

An Endoscopic Browlift is mostly done in Patients who have a narrow forehead. If you have a slightly large forehead it is not indicated and it is preferable to have a pretrichial browlift.Concerning Longevity it all depends on the technique and the experience of the Surgeon. I wouldn't recommend...
Like all of us you may have mild, barely noticeable facial asymmetry. At this point, based on this photo, I do not think that you need to do anything else but regular skin maintenance. Hope this helps.
Theoretically yes... this could be done. But I don't believe it is currently being done. It would also be way easier to do the frontalis as opposed to the corrugators. I don't think it would necessarily look cosmetically elegant.
