My surgeon suggested 700cc ultra high profile silicone implants for me to achieve the look and desired attributes that I would like. I am nervous that they will be too big/look odd. I am 5'7 120 pounds with a long chest and torso Currently have 325cc silicone implants I woukd like more projection, cleavage and upper fullness, breasts closer together

Answer: Large implants I appreciate your question.Large implants can cause you a lot of problems long-term. Due to the size it probably won't stay up high and give you the cleavage you want Anatomic implants have more projection per size and might be a better choice. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative breast surgery.best of luck!Dr Schwartz

Answer: Large High Profile Implants Are Always A Mistake In Under the Muscle Breast Augmentation Patients looking for a big and augmented appearing look are commonly very satisfied with conventional breast augmentation practices, however the sad truth is that those looking for a large and natural appearing augmentation are frequently disappointed. This is why I departed from the conventional "under the muscle" augmentation with round projecting implants long ago. I find the widely separated and abrupt appearance very dissatisfying and the muscular animation or "jumping" really disturbing. This is why I use a technique called "Cold-Subfascial Breast Augmentation" in my practice to deliver scarless and natural appearing full breasts with true cleavage and superior pole fullness. I also prefer lower profile anatomically shaped implants to create a naturally sloping form. The problem with a 700 cc HP implant under the muscle is that there is no support for the implant and the muscle has a lot of leverage to continue to push the implants down and out producing even worse of a low and separated appearance. Subfascial revision can support and shape the implant allowing you to go bigger and get true medial cleavage and superior pole fullness with support! I hope this helps! All the best,Rian A.
